A bizarre electricity bill has left a woman in Magura stunned after she was charged Tk 506 crore 83 lakh 11 thousand 593 despite using only 235 units of power. Mst. Aleya Khatun, wife of retired teacher Shahidul Islam, received the bill for September 2026. Her meter reading increased from 160 on August 8 to 395 on September 8, indicating a total consumption of 235 units.
