Dubai has launched the Gaming Visa Initiative to attract content creators, offering employment and training opportunities. Applicants must be at least 25 years old and submit their passport copy and professional CV. The initiative is part of the Program for Gaming 2033, aiming to generate 30,000 jobs and a $1 billion GDP surge. Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum aims to create an incubating environment for developers and attract global tech companies, particularly in digital content. The UAE government envisions Dubai as a top ten city for game companies by 2033. Efforts to streamline visa processing include the "Work Bundle" platform, reducing processing time to five days.
