Rabiul Islam Nayan, joint secretary of the central Jubo Dal and member secretary of Dhaka South City Jubo Dal, says he has no interest in meeting Magura-2 MP and Cultural Adviser Nitai Roy Chowdhury to settle the ongoing dispute between two BNP factions in the constituency.
Responding to questions about a possible compromise, Nayan said, “No, I do not want to sit with Nitai Roy. I am not part of the government, so why should I? He should sit with the people. His associates are looting public money, and he is accountable to the people.”
Nayan also made allegations about Nitai Roy’s personal conduct, claiming that the adviser has been “busy pulling women’s hands” in recent days and alleging that he often asks others to leave before holding lengthy private conversations with women. These are allegations made by Nayan and have not been established as fact.
